"My legs are burning, make it stop!"

I kicked ass at work outs yesterday (and the day before), but for some reason I was such a woosie.
Andre, me and baby (in her stroller) had plans to go out on a speed-walking, walk to the water. We could have went straight down, but decited to make it a even 4 miles and take our long route. Andre HATES walking w/ me. When I walk for excersize I really want to make it count, so my speed-walking is REALLY speedy and my 6'1 husband cant keep his long muscular legs up w/ my short stalky stems. He tries and usually can do a very slow jog at the same speed as my walking.
So about 1/4 mile in, I decited I was up for running. I love to run, I really do, but something is going on in my body and I dont know how to fix it. EVERY SINGLE time I start to run, I get about 5 min's into it and I get KILLER cramps right behind my lower right ribcage. EVERYTIME I RUN! Its SO frustrating.
I thought I was not drinking enough, but I KNOW I am now.
I tried eating a banana before going out.
I usually eat nothing.
I tried taking pain meds before going out.
I tried running threw the cramps.
NOTHING is working, and im being a freak and thinking I have something really wrong with me...

So we get to the half-way point. The ocean, and we are bummed because mommy dident check the tide charts, and its totally low tide. Sophia was shoe-less so we couldent let her out to play. (I repaid her by taking her to the park later! I think she is the only person I know, who loves the beach more then I do!)
So we do some stairs (about 8 flights) then head back UP the HUGE LONG hill, then once inside our residental area, more HUGE steep hills. The whole time I did short runs untill I was curling over in pain, but we made it!
4 miles! Next time (hopefully on Thursday) the tide will be up , that way we can play in the water a bit!

FOOD from Tuesday=
~1/2 banana
~"green smoothie" w/ blueberries, banana, spinach, honey and a splash of unsweetened soy milk.

~huge salad w/ mix veggies, topped w/ a garden burger (my 15 cal dressing and a splash of balsamic)

~Subway, flatbread vegetarian.

~red wine and granola honey fro-yo! (about 75 cal's worth)

Yesterday was no more then a 900 calorie day! I will calculate this up later for exact numbers =)

Tomarrow is weigh in day =(
